As an employee are you working in a small / SME large company? Have you used the services of a recruitment provider? Have you used the services of a recruitment provider? If so, what type of role?  What type/size recruiter did you use? How long has it been since you last used a recruiter? Did you use more than one agency? How many?  What types of services did they provide?  Are you still registered with a provider/s on an ongoing basis?
Have you ever received a job from this method? Have you ever  received a job from this method? How many interviews did you have to attend (before being successful or unsuccessful?) Were you satisfied with the services provided by the recruiter? What could be done to improve services? Do you subscribe to web based jobs boards?

How frequently are your transport providers applying or adjusting fuel levies for services they provide?  When was the fuel levy last changed/adjusted?  If you have one supplier what is your current fuel levy %?  If more than one supplier, please list your top 3 suppliers' levies?  When was the last time that your transport provider rolled fuel levies into the rates schedule and reduced the fuel levy?  Have you been able to negotiate reduced fuel levies with your suppler?  If yes to the above what was % reduction achieved?  Is transport a significant expense in your operating costs?  Do you feel your supplier is using fuel levies to increase rates?
